У ГПУ РОЗПОВІЛИ ПРО ХІД РОЗСЛІДУВАННЯ ШАХРАЙСТВА ВИРОБНИКА ОЛІЇ “КЕРНЕЛ”
Київська місцева прокуратура №1 (Голосіївський район) здійснює досудове розслідування у справі заволодіння працівниками ТОВ “Кернел-Трейд” грошовими коштами ТОВ “Стіомі-Холдинг”. Про це у відповідь на запит УН повідомили у прес-службі місцевої прокуратури.
Там уточнили, що йдеться, зокрема, про кримінальне провадження №42015100000001380.
“На даний час досудове розслідування у вказаному кримінальному провадженні триває”, — уточнили у місцевій прокуратурі.
Нагадаємо, раніше досудове розслідування у кримінальному провадженні за фактом заволодіння працівниками компанії “Кернел-Трейд” грошовими коштами ТОВ “Стіомі-Холдинг” здійснював слідчий відділ ГУ СБ України у місті Києва.
Підслідність у справі була змінена 30 січня 2017 року.
Раніше УН повідомляв, що фіскальна служба підозрює “Кернел” у махінаціях з ПДВ. Водночас компанія залишається лідером у сфері АПК за обсягом бюджетного відшкодування експортного ПДВ. Минулого року “Кернел” отримав з бюджету близько 8 млрд грн, цього року — вже понад 2,5 млрд грн.
Один з бенефіціарів “Кернел” — народний депутат від партії “Відродження”, член податкового комітету ВР Віталій Хомутиннік. З його приходом у компанію у 2015 році “Кернел” збільшив доходи на 228%.
