СІМЕЙНИЙ БІЗНЕС РИБАЛКИ: БРЕНД SEMKI ПЕРЕРЕЄСТРУВАЛИ НА НОВИЙ ОФШОР
Дані про те, що снековий родинний бізнес народного депутата Сергія Рибалки має офшорні корені неодноразово були оприлюднені журналістами. На разі, схоже, мало що змінилося, хіба що додалися нові офшори, які прийшли на зміну старим, передає УН.
Так, флагманський бренд снекового бізнесу родини депутата — ТМ “Semki” (смажене насіння) — отримав новий офшор.
Відповідно до відкритих даних Державного реєстру свідоцтв України на знаки для товарів і послуг, ТМ “Semki” раніше обслуговувалася на кіпрському офшорі — “ДІАНАТУС МЕНЕДЖМЕНТ ЛІМІТЕД” (CY). Проте, зараз, вказаний бренд вже обслуговується на офшорі Великої Британії — “ДОРКІНГ ІНВЕСТМЕНТ ЛІМІТЕД” (GB).
Аналогічно, на цьому новому офшорі також обслуговуються і такі бренди снеків, що випускають родинні компанії Рибалки, як ТМ “Козацька розвага” (горішки) і “Мачо” (фісташки).
Як писав УН, у 2006 році Рибалка зареєстрував ТМ “Semki” у Державній службі інтелектуальної власності Росії на кіпрську компанію Lagrion Limited. (Зауважимо, що саме цьому офшору свого часу було передано виключне право на російську ТМ Red City, яка є фактично близнюком ТМ Red (смажені горішки), що компанії нардепа випускали для українського ринку).
У 2015 році на зміну Lagrion Limited прийшов інший офшор — Dianatus Management Limited.
Як виявилося, компанії Dianatus Management Limited та Lagrion Limited були зареєстровані не просто в одному місті (кіпрська столиця Нікосія) і не просто в одному бізнес-центрі (Tlais Tower), але і в одному офісі — номер 103 на третьому поверсі.
Такий очевидний зв’язок бізнесу родини Рибалки з РФ депутат неодноразово пробував спростувати, однак, переконливих аргументів так і не навів.
Також нагадаємо, за словами Генпрокурора Юрія Луценка, підприємства родинного бізнесу Рибалки виводять з України на офшори мільйони гривень.
