КАБМІН ПРОСИТЬ ПЕРЕГЛЯНУТИ РІШЕННЯ ЩОДО ПРЕМІЙ ДЛЯ ПРАВЛІННЯ “НАФТОГАЗУ”
До Наглядової ради НАК “Нафтогаз Україна” уряд направив листа з тим, щоб було переглянуто рішення щодо високих премій для правління компанії. Про це під час години запитань до уряду у стінах парламенту заявив прем’єр-міністр Володимир Гройсман, передає кореспондент УН.
“Уряд не приймав жодних рішень щодо будь-яких преміювань, в тому числі (про премії для НАК “Нафтогазу” – ред.). НАК – це компанія, яка управляється незалежною Наглядовою радою… Я направив листа офіційного до Наглядової ради, з тим, щоб вони переглянули своє рішення і проінформували Кабмін. Я очікую відповіді на це запитання”, – повідомив В.Гройсман.
Як повідомялв УНН, Наглядова рада НАК “Нафтогаз України” ухвалила рішення про виплати співробітникам компанії премій у зв’язку з перемогою у Стокгольмському арбітражі у суперечці з ПАТ “Газпром”.
Нагадаємо, за рішенням Стокгольмського арбітражу, “Нафтогаз” домігся компенсації в сумі 4,63 млрд доларів за недопоставку узгоджених обсягів газу для транзиту. За результатами арбітражних проваджень у Стокгольмі “Газпром” повинен сплатити 2,56 млрд доларів на користь “Нафтогазу”.
25 травня 2018 року Президент України Петро Порошенко заявив, що ПАТ “Газпром” досі не надав НАК “Нафтогаз України” кошти за рішенням Стокгольмського арбітражу.
