У СКАНДАЛЬНІЙ КОМПАНІЇ РИБАЛКИ З’ЯВИВСЯ НОВИЙ КЕРІВНИК
ТОВ «Ейрейна», яка афільована з колишнім депутатом від Радикальної партії Сергієм Рабилкою, очолив Валерій Гарбузов.
Про це свідчать дані порталу Opendatabot.
Компанія було створено 26 липня 2017 року. Спочатку компанію очолила Марія Сорокотяга. Трохи пізніше компанія змінила назву на “МАНКАРА ТРЕЙД”, а її керівником став підозрюваний в кримінальному злочині за “посягання на територіальну цілісність країни” Денис Пробачай.
У вересні 2017 року компанія знову змінила назву – на “АЙ ПІ ДЖІ ЮКРЕЙН”.
Пробачай перебував на посаді керівника компанії до лютого 2019 року. Потім “АЙ ПІ ДЖІ ЮКРЕЙН” стала знову називатися “ЕЙРЕЙНА”, а її новим керівником став такий собі Олександр Кравченко. Вид діяльності компанія не поміняла – вона по сьогодні займається неспеціалізованій оптовою торгівлею продуктами харчування, напоями та тютюновими виробами.
Але в квітні 2019 року Кравченко поступився місцем керівника компанії нікому Валерію Гарбузова.
Відзначимо, що Пробачай є екс-співробітником компанії “Снек Експорт”, яка належить батьку «радикала» Рибалки – Віктору Рибалці. 16 жовтня 2017 року Пробач затримали в Дніпрі співробітники Сумського СБУ. 17 жовтня 2017 року вже в Сумах йому було пред’явлено підозру по ст. 258 – 5 ч. 2 КК України (фінансування тероризму). Сьогодні Пробачай залишається підозрюваним і заарештованим, кримінальна справа розслідується далі.
Один з підлеглих Пробач – Юрій Джабраїлов отримав обвинувальний вирок суду за пособництво тероризму. Мова і збуті снеків Рибалки на окуповані території так званої “ЛНР”.
За даними ЗМІ, компанія «ЕЙРЕЙНА» входить до складу корпорації “Ай Пі Джі”, раніше відомої як снековая корпорація “S.Group”, яка належить родині нардепа Рибалки.
Сам же Риболовля сьогодні проходить у справі СБУ про державну зраду, оскільки отримував роялті від згаданого вище батьківського «Снек Експорт».
Нагадаємо, раніше адвокати Рибалки спростовували зв’язок його клієнта до компанії ТОВ “АЙ ПІ ДЖІ ЮКРЕЙН” і корпорації “АЙ ПІ ДЖІ» в цілому. Під час парламентських виборів 2019 року Сергій Рибалка балотувався по мажоритарному округу № 107, однак програв вибори.
